Inauguration Property Rentals Are Hot

It’s too bad that Inaugurations happen only every four years.

I’ve witnessed (have you?) alot of people with rooms,  shacks, mobile homes, old cars, pieces of dirt…you name it, come out of the woodwork and try to rent their “pad” for the Inauguration party coming up in Washington DC in a few weeks.

Maybe Barak Obama could put people up at the Blair House or the Hay Adams Hotel.  There’s so much speculation on the part of these new “property landlords” that if vacancies approach 5%, all of our economic woes could be solved.
